1988 was a great year for Thomasville teams as three different football programs from three different states named Thomasville won state titles. The Thomasville Bulldogs from North Carolina, the Thomasville Tigers from Alabama and of course our own Thomasville Bulldogs all won state titles in the sport of football that year.
